Great! Let's get started on your newsletter. Could you provide some details about the topic, target audience, and any specific points or sections you want to include?

Here are the main points:

  • Improvements to outbound email for ProPlus accounts. Assistants can now prepare outbound email to be sent as yourself (or the assistant) via your own Gmail account. Assistants can also check and manage your Gmail account, including management of labels and filters. This feature is currently in beta for selected ProPlus account users. To request inclusion please contact [email protected]
  • The way that assistants send email means that in the near future they will be able to process incoming email addressed to them.
  • We are working on the capability for assistants to “wake up” at specific times or scheduled intervals to perform tasks that you assign to them. For instance, this could work in conjunction with email integration to monitor for certain incoming messages or detect patterns.
  • Open access to the enhanced email functionality will take a couple months while the feature is reviewed and approved by Google as an approved integration.
  • Picture search on google and copy paste for analyzing data
  • Assistants can now seamlessly refer each other in the same conversation
  • Olympia notetaker on the calls with sales performance evaluations will be done this summer

Welcome to the latest edition of our newsletter! This update focuses on innovative email integration features and other exciting enhancements that we are sure add significant value to the Olympia experience.

Vision is Here

All Olympia AI assistants now have “vision” capability, meaning that you can upload images along with your text prompts, and the AI can see and comment on those images as part of your ongoing conversation. This important capability allows you to leverage visual data more effectively, whether it's for presentations, project analysis, or any other professional needs.

Use the image upload button to the right of the prompt box, drag an image in, or simply copy-paste the image into the prompt box. All methods will add the image (up to 4 at a time) to the transcript.

Personalized Automated Emails

Last week we rolled out a brand new Gmail integration that allows assistants to prepare and send emails directly from your own Gmail account, either as yourself or as the assistant. The new functionality provides much better deliverability along with a seamless user experience.

This new feature is currently only available in beta for selected ProPlus accounts. Once the feature rolls out to all users, your Olympia AI team members will also be able to help you manage your Gmail account! Besides checking your email, they can also help with labels and creating filters to streamline your inbox management.

Future Email Processing Capabilities

As we continue to innovate and enhance the capabilities of our virtual assistants, a significant upcoming feature is the ability to process incoming emails. This development marks a pivotal advancement in their functionality, transforming them into active participants in email management.

The future integration will allow assistants to send, receive, and process emails addressed to them. This means that soon, your Olympia assistant can handle inquiries, schedule updates, and even filter out spam or irrelevant communications directly from your inbox. This feature is designed to act as a first point of contact, ensuring that you receive only the most pertinent emails, thus optimizing your time and focus.

Anticipation for this feature is high, and we are working diligently to ensure that when it is launched, it will meet the high standards of functionality and security that our users expect from Olympia.

Scheduled Tasks and Wake-Up Features

Olympia's virtual assistants will be soon be able to "wake up" and perform tasks at predetermined times or intervals. This scheduling feature enhances the functionality of our assistants, allowing them to act proactively in managing your daily responsibilities.

Imagine scheduling your virtual assistant to prepare a daily summary of key news items relevant to your industry before your morning coffee. Or, set your assistant to compile end-of-day reports after business hours so you can review them first thing the next morning. The possibilities for enhancing efficiency and productivity are virtually limitless.

Moreover, the scheduled wake-up feature is designed to be highly customizable to fit your specific workflow needs. Whether you need your assistant to activate on an hourly, daily, or weekly basis, this feature can be tailored to ensure that they act as a true extension of your professional self.

More information about this important new feature will be shared in the next Olympia newsletter in June.

Additional Features

Before we close today’s edition, let us give you a heads up about new capabilities available now that you may not have noticed yet.

Picture Search on Google

Your Olympia AI assistants can perform image searches directly on Google. This functionality allows them to quickly find and analyze images based on your queries, further integrating our services with Google's powerful search capabilities. Whether you're looking for images to enhance your presentations or need to analyze visual data for your projects, this feature simplifies the process by enabling your Olympia assistant to handle these tasks efficiently.

Seamless Referral Between Assistants

Assistants can seamlessly refer to each other within the same conversation. This improvement fosters a more collaborative environment among your AI-powered virtual staff, enabling them to leverage each other's strengths and expertise. It’s the narrative form of the switch assistant button at the top of the conversation screen next to the current assistant’s name.

Drag and Drop to Upload

Instead of clicking the Upload button first, you can now drag and drop files into the prompt text box. It’s just a little quality of life improvement.

Watch all the new features in action here.

Roadmap Hints

Image Generation

We are busy at work on giving selected assistants to generate images using the latest and greatest Stable Diffusion technology available (comparable to industry-leader Midjourney). Once this widely-requested feature goes live, you will be able to generate art, illustrations, and photos right in the same conversation window where you regularly converse with your Olympia assistants.

Olympia Notetaker on Calls with Sales Performance Evaluation

Drumroll, please! Lastly, we are excited to announce that we have begun working on an Olympia Notetaker feature, designed to allow Olympia assistants to join your Google Meet and Zoom calls. The idea is to let Olympia assistants provide transcription services, highlight important points, and offer actionable insights and sales performance evaluation based on the discussions after the meeting.
